Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 30, 2026.
Welcome to AdsYeah (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use https://adsyeah.com and the AdsYeah application (the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Account information such as your name and email address when you sign up or sign in with Google.
Google Ads data accessed through the Google Ads API with your permission, including campaign, ad group, keyword, budget, and performance data for the Google Ads accounts you connect.
Billing information processed by our payment provider Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
Usage data such as browser type, IP address, device information, and actions taken in the app.
Cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics.
2. How We Use Google User Data
When you connect Google Ads, we request OAuth scopes for Google Ads access and your basic profile (email). We use this data only to provide the Services you request: building and launching campaigns, monitoring performance, generating optimization recommendations, keyword research, and reporting inside your AdsYeah workspace.
We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising other than the campaign management you request, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, or as part of a merger with notice to you. Human access to this data occurs only with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
AdsYeah’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access; you can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection or account deletion we delete stored Google Ads data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers that help us operate (hosting, database, payment processing, analytics), and when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access tokens are stored encrypted; we follow least-privilege access practices. No method of transmission is completely secure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, and we will complete deletion within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, update, delete, or export your data and to opt out of marketing communications.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post changes here with an updated date.
