Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AdsYeah you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind it.

2. The Services

AdsYeah provides AI-assisted Google Ads campaign creation, monitoring, optimization recommendations, keyword research, and reporting. AdsYeah is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. Google Ads Connection

Connecting a Google Ads account authorizes AdsYeah to access and manage that account through the Google Ads API on your instruction. Live campaign changes require your approval in the app. You are responsible for the campaigns you approve and launch.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your Google Ads media budget is paid directly to Google and is not included in your AdsYeah subscription. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services, including violating Google Ads policies, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to access other customers’ data.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Services. You retain all rights in your data and campaign content; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee advertising performance, cost savings, or specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsYeah’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including Google Ads spend.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
